đ„ What Youâll Be Doing:
đ Own It: Manage key grocery and high-street accounts with full P&L and JBP responsibility. Youâll drive revenue, close range gaps, pitch NPD, and deliver on ambitious targetsâinternally and with your retail partners.
đž Build Relationships: Be the face of the brand for your customersâbuilding strong, collaborative relationships across all levels. Youâll represent their needs internally while pushing for bold growth externally.
đ Numbers Matter: Take charge of forecasting and financial planning. Youâll own the P&L, manage trade spend, and track every penny to hit your revenue and profit goals.
⥠Chase Growth: Identify and unlock new business opportunities. Whether itâs expanding existing ranges or breaking into new channels (think OOH, convenience, and wholesale), youâll be driving it forward.
âïž Category Captain: Use customer and shopper insights to build compelling sales stories. Youâll turn data into strategies that drive measurable results and deliver real impact.
đŻ What Weâre Looking For:
* FMCG Sales Experience: 3+ years in account management (grocery/high-street preferred)âbonus points if youâve worked in a fast-growing start-up or challenger brand.
* Strategic & Commercial: You understand the numbers inside-out and can balance rapid growth with profitability.
* Storyteller & Negotiator: You know how to craft compelling pitches and navigate complex negotiations with ease.
* Proactive & Adaptable: Youâre a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
* People Person: Youâre brilliant at building relationshipsâinternally and externallyâand arenât afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.
