Job Description
The Employment Solicitor position will hold the following responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice for a range of Employment cases
* Overseeing claims relating to a range of issues including breach of contract, anti-harassment, unfair dismissal, misconduct, and discrimination
* Managing claims from initial assessment through to final hearings
* Handling settlement agreements
* Ensuring internal policies and procedures are followed and upheld
* Providing training to internal teams and stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Employment Solicitor will need to have the following skills and experience:
* Strong experience of working in a similar role handling employment cases
* Experience from a law firm or in-house team can be considered
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent prioritization skills to manage multiple cases at different stages
* Able to build strong relationships with different areas of the business
