Site Caretaker / Technician
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary within the range of £22,623 to £25,668 per annum
A site caretaker/technician is required at our Halesworth Campus to carry out day-to-day caretaking of the College’s site. Duties will include ensuring that all College premises are clean, tidy, presentable, organised (in respect of furniture and equipment), safe (particularly in respect of incidents and emergencies) and secure. Also, to maintain and prepare the workspaces and equipment for teaching sessions in accordance with health and safety and college policies.
You will have proven competence of the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment, particularly the fixtures and fittings therein together with basic knowledge of carpentry / plumbing / general maintenance
This post is based primarily at the Halesworth Campus, however you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.
