We are looking for a Communications executive to join our wonderful Christian organisation / Charity based in the West Midlands We are looking to expand our communications and the way we connect with people and the community by embracing and applying new platforms. You must have CRM experience, be tech savvy and have the knowledge to target audience online and offline. We want someone who is a people person, who can share our mission and passion, bringing people to become part of our Christian community Role requirements Working closely with the Community Manager Working on variable platforms to enhance community engagement Using CRM to assist with communications Organise and assist with events and activities Monitor data Monitor customer feedback and audience responses Nurture connections and form new connections with communities such as Churches etc Qualifications / Skillset Experience in a similar Community Specialist / executive role IT/ Tech literate CRM Knowledge of online platforms / social media / Instagram / LinkedIn etc Confident Excellent written and verbal communication skills To always maintain a high quality of interpersonal communication.
