An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Team Fostering as a Senior Fostering Panel Administrator for the Yorkshire and North East regions. You will be responsible for the administrative functions for the fostering panel, including coordinating panels, preparation of agendas and minute taking, collation of paperwork for panel members. This will include any requests from the Independent Review Mechanism and subject access requests.
The ideal candidate will need to be flexible to take on a variety of associated panel and business support tasks. You will work closely with the Fostering Panel Adviser, Panel Chair and Recruitment Manager and relevant Business Support staff.
We are looking for someone who can work under pressure in a busy working environment and who can confidently and effectively facilitate virtual platforms such as Teams/Zoom. The successful candidate must be able to manage sensitive and confidential information and provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
