Optimise by Recruitment are working alongside a Global Organisation on the hunt to find an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team!
You will be supporting the overall Sales Function of the business and will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of the Sales Office. The role involves close collaboration with all departments to help achieve the company’s strategic goals.
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Issue customer quotations promptly and accurately.
* Raise purchase orders for capital equipment and coordinate delivery schedules to align with customer expectations.
* Analyse job data and prepare invoices.
* Process and plan new sales orders efficiently.
* Manage orders from initial quotation through to successful completion.
* Generate and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
* Provide support to the external Sales Team.
Accountabilities & Commitments:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation.
* Identify anomalies and trends in data to inform business decisions.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
* Assist with various tasks across the business as required.
* Seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes.
* Share key knowledge with customers and colleagues when needed.
Quality & Environmental Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards relevant to the role.
* Manage and maintain procedures, records, and documents in line with company requirements.
Knowledge & Experience:
* Experience in an office environment.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
* Proven experience in office administration tasks, including process improvement.
