What you’ll be doing
1. Design and architect end-to-end data solutions that enable powerful insights.
2. Maintain a clear, understandable product backlog that provides sufficient context for development teams.
3. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Directors, and VPs on roadmap planning and execution.
4. Lead the technical vision for our data solutions, including data models and reporting frameworks.
5. Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve our data infrastructure.
6. Work with a central data platform team to drive data governance initiatives and establish quality standards.
7. Bridge the gap between technical implementation and business requirements.
What you’ll bring to the table
1. 8+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or related technical roles, with a proven track record of designing scalable data solutions for enterprise applications.
2. Deep understanding of data modelling, warehouse design, and data integration processes.
3. Strong experience with modern data stack technologies (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Dagster).
4. Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
5. Excellence in SQL and at least one programming language.
6. Strategic thinking and ability to create long-term technical roadmaps.
7. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What we consider an advantage
1. Experience with real-time data processing and streaming architectures.
