Marketing and Communications Administrator We are working with a leading organisation to recruit for a Marketing and Communications Administrator to join their team for a 1 year contract. The role is based in Belfast and is 37 hours per week. The Marketing and Communications Administrator will coordinate all activities related to commercial marketing and corporate communications for the organisation. The Marketing and Communications Administrator will be responsible for: Providing administrative support for the marketing team Scheduling, organising and coordinating team activities, updating calendars and ensuring deadlines are met. Compilation of data and presenting reports as required to support team activities and decision-making. Attending meetings, taking notes, and distributing them to relevant stakeholders. Serving as a point of contact during events, alongside the events manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
