Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team in Andover, supporting our Coop contract. You’ll be supporting the delivery of a first-class people service in all areas of the employee life cycle, including HR, Payroll and Employee Engagement.
This is a full time, permanent position, working variable shifts between 08:00-18:00, Monday – Friday. Flexibility is key, this is logistics, after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,375.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Be our payroll wizard, ensuring everyone gets paid correctly and on time.
2. Support our people – be the friendly face of HR, assisting employees with queries and ensuring a smooth employee experience.
3. Keep us compliant, maintain HR records and ensure everything is in line with policies, legislation, and best practices.
4. Champion employee data, keep HR systems up to date and provide key insights to support decision-making.
5. Support employee engagement, help create a workplace where people feel valued and supported.
