Lettings Administrator/Negotiator
Are you organised, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact in the property sector? We're seeking a proactive individual to support our client within their lettings team on a Temporary to Permanent Basis (12 weeks).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering calls and managing emails efficiently.
2. Advertising properties.
3. Arranging and conducting viewings, gathering feedback, and negotiating offers.
4. Supporting tenant move-ins and managing referencing and Right to Rent checks.
5. Administrative tasks including key management, utility bill handling, and compliance checks.
6. Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in lettings or a similar role (preferred).
2. Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
3. Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
4. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
5. Full, clean UK driving license.
