The Team Administrator will provide highly efficient, professional and confidential assistance and support to the Designated Education Clinical Lead Officer (DECLO). This will include undertaking a range of administrative duties, for example word processing, filing, electronic diary management etc, and will include developing, maintaining and managing office and information systems in conjunction with the Project & Administration Officer based in CTM UHB. The post holder will support the Project & Administration Officer in preparing formal meeting agendas; taking, transcribing and distributing formal minutes and in undertaking meeting follow-up actions as necessary. The post holder will provide support to high level formal meetings with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal and external organisations. The post holder will support the DECLO in the achievement of their objectives as well as the objectives of the wider Team across 2 Health Boards. We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated individual to provide administrative support to the Designated Education Clinical Lead Officer (DECLO). The successful candidate would benefit from previous experience of working in a similar role and they will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to facilitate effective working relationships across organisational boundaries. The post holder will work closely with the Project & Administration Officer, based in CTM UHB and be supported to thrive in a busy, varied and professional working environment. Based at Woodlands House, as well as whilst working from home, the post holder will need to be highly motivated, have a flexible approach to work and possess good organisational skills, plus be able to demonstrate excellent word processing ability and IT proficiency. The post holder will need to meet tight deadlines, manage confidential information and be expected to maintain very high standards in relation to administrative and business processes.
