Job summary Learning and Development Trainer - Trustwide - Full time An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us in the development of the workforce by creating and delivering statutory and mandatory training and programmes which develop professional skills. To deliver training across a variety of locations adhering to professional and license standards. There is an opportunity for trainers to be working at a band 4 developing into a trainer role at band 5 following completion of a successful development programme. Main duties of the job The suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the development of staff in a variety of subjects. It is essential that you are a good communicator and be physically fit to undertake and deliver advanced physical intervention and other physical skills training on a daily basis. To plan and create training course presentations and materials, ensuring content is up to date with professional standards and legislative requirements. To provide training advice to support staff as required in the development of knowledge and competence to transition the learning into practice.
