Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite in Norwell, MA
Required:
* Experience with compensation analysis or financial analysis
* Strong reporting skills and strong data analytics experience
* Strong Excel reporting experience - VLOOKUP's, pivot tables
* Ability to work through the manual calculation process for many new plans
Preferred:
* Power BI
* Experience with incentive compensation for sales strongly preferred
* Experience working with a company that is 5,000+ employees
* Experience using Callidus
* Oracle
Job Description:
Seeking Incentive Compensation Analyst. Compensation analyst provides analytical, manual calculations and program support services. These services include the research and application of best practices, reporting, analysis, plan design recommendations, application of regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance, transaction audition, audit commission disputes and the like. The Sales Compensation Analyst frequently interacts with managers, directors, and vice presidents. High visibility position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research, analysis, reporting, programming; Own, lead, administer and manage specific Sales Plans
* Ability to handle constant change
* Technical mindset but can also grind through the manual calculation process for many of our new plans
* Work cross-functionally with the Sales Planning and Finance team to ensure proper tracking and reporting of participant plan measures.
* Manage the day-to-day maintenance activity of the company’s compensation tool to ensure data integrity and the required visibility throughout the organization.
* Commissions processing; ensuring and improving accuracy;
* Teaching/mentoring field users on Callidus (commission/ compensation tool) and reports usage;
* Compensation auditing, tracking, and reporting;
* Support commission dispute and resolution;
* Other duties as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
* 1-4 years of experience in a similar position. Strong knowledge of Sales Compensation and Commission Plan designs and administration is a plus.
* Demonstrated capability with research, analysis, reporting, and programming using excel and sequel software;
* Understanding commissions processing plus ensuring and improving accuracy.
* Teaching/mentoring field users on Callidus and reports usage.
* Experience with auditing, tracking, reporting, and dispute resolution.
* Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required;
