About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and senior staff to support the delivery of effective learning programmes for individuals and groups, both inside and outside the classroom. You will play a key role in lesson planning, resource preparation, and occasionally supervising whole classes during brief teacher absences. Your primary objective will be to foster a positive learning atmosphere, keep students focused, and offer guidance by answering questions and facilitating activities. Key Responsibilities: Enrich children’s learning experiences and support their engagement with the curriculum. Collaborate with classroom teachers to prepare and deliver lessons. Contribute to a team committed to improving student outcomes. Observe and assess student progress to identify and implement next steps in their learning.
