Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, personalised lessons.
* Support students in their academic, social, and emotional growth.
* Help create a vibrant and encouraging learning atmosphere.
* Work closely with staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
* Supervise students during breaks and assist with extracurricular activities.
What They're Looking For:
* A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
* Previous experience in educational or similar settings is a plus but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are an advantage.
