Job Title: School Administrator
Ryecroft School, Walsall, West Midlands
5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a School Administrator to join our close-knit team at Ryecroft School, part of Options Autism.
To provide a high quality comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Service/Site as part of the Administration Team
To provide an effective, timely and confidential administration support to staff and managers as required
* To respond timely and with flexibility to urgent or last-minute staff/service requirements as a service providing function of the Centre
* To support other members of the Administration Team with work that requires extra members of staff to complete the tasks
* Undertake all duties in a manner calculated to minimise or avoid unnecessary risks, personally or to others
* Operate at all times in accordance with Company policies and procedures, with particular reference to Safeguarding, Adult/Child Protection, Complaints and Representations and Behaviour Policies
* Participate in training and take responsibility for personal development
* Participate in team meetings, supervisions and annual reviews in accordance with Company policy and the standards set by the Regulatory Body
* Work to promote the Centre as a valued, professional asset within its community and also to promote a culture that individuals and staff conduct themselves at all times in a manner that reinforces this image
* To work to and exhibit the values of the Company and maintain standards of behaviour in accordance with Company policies, procedures and practices
* This role of administrator will provide administrative support to the SENCo and will support with the arrangement of annual reviews, CIN meetings, PEP meetings and with safeguarding files and paperwork
Our New Options School - Ryecroft School has capacity for 60 pupils, opened in September 2024 and caters for pupils with Autism and complex needs.
The school is located in Walsall. For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.
