What You’ll Need Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), demonstrating expertise in residential care management Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager within a residential or specialist care setting Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a compassionate and skilled workforce In-depth knowledge of autism care, person-centred support, and best practices in residential care A thorough understanding of CQC regulations, ensuring full compliance and delivery of outstanding care Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders What’s in it for You?
