I am seeking an experienced and driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team in Oxfordshire. As part of a 5 star house builder, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to prospective homebuyers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to contract exchange and completion
2. Conduct viewings and provide comprehensive information about our new homes
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and competitor offerings
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in new homes sales
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Highly organised with attention to detail
12. Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required
