We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join us at Hirebase covering our South region!
(Ideally looking for candidates based along the M4 Corridor)
Regular travel will be required for this role.

We rely on our Regional Operations Managers to create and maintain operational efficiency within the branch network. You'll be supporting branches through training, reviews, and ensuring compliance with operating standards. You'll also maintain and improve the operating system through initiation of system development through change management to business acceptance testing. You'll also collaborate with our central support functions to ensure smooth running of the business. Working in one of our depots you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting in the effort to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Here’s what you can expect to do as a Regional Operations Manager with Hirebase:
* Support branches to ensure compliance with all operating and safety standards.
* Support Regional Management following a Branch Review ensuring any issues are rectified.
* Conduct Branch Reviews, pre-audits and provide support to achieve a positive outcome.
* Ensure all Internal Audit action points are resolved.
* Identify and specify development of the GrafHire operating system, Hirebase Website and SQL reporting.
* Produce reports covering all areas of the business to enable informed decisions by the SLT.
* Manage the fulfilment of online orders.
* Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues.
* Attend regional meetings to provide relevant information and updates.
* Other projects as required by the Hirebase MD and the wider business.
