Key Details: Tamworth Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week) £26K realistic, uncapped earnings, with OTE of £35K Permanent As the Regional Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing and managing a portfolio of existing clients within the workwear industry, while actively seeking new accounts to drive regional growth and hit company targets. If you're a self-motivated, target-oriented individual with a strong sales background, this role is ideal for you. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage an established client portfolio. Actively identify and acquire new accounts to support regional growth. Work towards achieving personal and regional sales targets. Generate new leads and enquiries through proactive cold calling and prospecting. Conduct surveys, provide recommendations, and prepare quotations. Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent service. Meet and exceed new account and regional targets. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of developing and expanding regional client spend in the workwear or related industries. Confident in opening new accounts and creating business opportunities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels. Highly motivated, organised, and focused, with a solutions-driven mindset. Excellent time management skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
