Job summary – What to expect: As the UK&I Marketing Intern of our UK&I Marketing Team, you will be encouraged to think creatively and strategically, and you will have the opportunity to take the lead in projects, create marketing materials, work with agencies, experience events and understand what we need to do to promote our company effectively and support our customers. You will work side by side with brilliant minds which will allow you to further develop your commercial acumen, setting you up to have a strong start to your career. This exciting role will provide you the unique experience of developing your skills across three different areas of the business: Marketing, Customer Marketing and Sales. Support the Marketing team in developing & communicating marketing campaigns and initiatives relating to our product lifecycle (new launches, upgrades & discontinuations) via print and digital (social media / web / app). Support the marketing team with the development and coordination of assets & materials for all product launches and extensions. Support the marketing team in the development, management, and coordination of campaigns/ promotional activity. Working with 3 rd party agencies (such as research, creative and PR agencies) creating briefs, supporting creative direction and delivering final solutions that meet the business needs. Collaborate with marketing & sales managers, co-ordinate and allocate sales and marketing materials. Manage the day-to-day activities associated to relevant marketing and sales efforts, including, project management, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary. Help build customer relationships and support major events such as internal/customer conferences. Co-ordination of briefing materials for the sales team, plus support of sales conferences.. About you: We are looking for a strong communicator and team player who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and happy to share their ideas to help our business grow and develop. We are looking for someone with: Relevant project management skills Presentation skills Strong attention to detail Good working understanding of Microsoft office platforms including PowerPoint, Excel and Word Ability to multitask and reach deadlines Education: Currently undertaking an undergraduate degree in Marketing / Sales or a Business-related degree, and plan on pursuing a career in a related field.
