We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at the London boutique in the prestigious Burlington Arcade. If you are passionate about luxury retail and driven by customer excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your Role
As a Sales Consultant at Bell & Ross, you’ll be at the heart of our boutique’s success — delivering exceptional service, building lasting client relationships, and helping us exceed sales goals. You’ll take pride in offering a personalised experience to every visitor, while confidently using digital tools to engage with clients and grow our network of loyal watch enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver an exceptional client experience in every interaction
· Act as a brand ambassador, conveying the Bell & Ross values
· Drive sales to meet and exceed individual and boutique targets
· Cultivate a loyal client base through consistent and personalised CRM activity
· Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation
· Support the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day running and continuous development of the boutique
· Proactively contribute to boutique operations and ensure compliance with internal processes
· Gather and analyse CRM data to identify client opportunities and insights
Who You Are
· A passionate and professional individual with at least 2 years’ experience in luxury retail sales
· Skilled in client relationship building, selling, and negotiation
· Tech-savvy and confident in digital client outreach and communication
· A positive team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
· Flexible, reliable, and committed to excellence in every aspect of your work
· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
