We're seeking a Strategic Implementation Coordinator to join our Customer Implementation team.
In this key role, you’ll orchestrate strategic account implementations, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, customers, and operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Project Management: Lead our project management process, assigning new projects to consultants and following internal procedures.
2. Gatekeeper Excellence: Bridge Sales and Implementation, aligning projects with premium packages and assisting the Sales team to secure key deals.
3. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure projects are documented, compliant, and feasible within timelines.
4. Implementation Tracking: Monitor key implementations and rollouts, resolving blockers and providing status visibility.
5. Customer Journey Advocate: Enhance customer journeys, promote our product, and expand our base through exceptional service.
6. Innovation & Improvement: Drive projects to innovate and refine internal processes, ensuring a top-notch team experience and success.
What You’ll Bring:
7. In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry
8. Expertise in managing multiple implementation projects for high-end customers
9. Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills
11. Strong attention to detail and focus on customer experience
12. Soft skills in communication, training, and management

13. A passion for technology
14. Technical or hardware installation/support skills
15. Networking knowledge
16. Experience in POS, SaaS, networking, and/or software
