4. Reward & Recognition: Support initiatives that keep our people valued and motivated.
5. Change & Transformation: Be a key player in our evolving people strategy and organisational change agenda.
Profile
1. Proven experience in a generalist or strategic HR BP role.
2. Strong understanding of HR best practice across projects, L&D, reward, and policy.
3. Confident in managing change in a collaborative, values-driven way.
4. A proactive mindset with a passion for supporting people and organisational growth.
Job Offer
