The Projects: Flagship and Career-Defining You’ll be joining a team working on some of the UK’s most prestigious architectural projects. Team sizes vary, and collaboration is key. Every two weeks, the entire studio gathers for a bi-weekly update. Project teams present their work, senior staff outline the firm’s pipeline, and you’re reminded just how far ahead this studio is in terms of securing projects (well into 2025/26). Who We’re Looking For To meet growing demand, the studio is now looking to bring on Qualified Architects who can: Bring strong UK project experience, ideally on medium to large-scale projects ranging from £5m to £50m, with any project exposure working on schemes exceeding £100m being very welcome Be proficient in Revit on live BIM projects (must be demonstrated in folio). Demonstrate leadership when necessary, but also operate autonomouslyinterfacing with clients and contractors, and delivering highly creative, design-led projects from planning through to completion. Embrace the teaching culture, supporting less experienced colleagues while actively contributing to the studio's collaborative ethos. Deliver design and technical packages for high-end projects, proving your ability to handle both creative and technical challenges.
