Key Responsibilities & Duties
We are seeking an exceptional English Teacher to join our dedicated team, inspiring students to become confident communicators, critical thinkers, and creative writers.

* Inclusive Teaching: Adapt lessons to meet the needs of all students, including those for whom English is an additional language.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a qualified English Teacher with QTS and preferably a degree in English or a related subject. Confidence and the ability to inspire students are essential qualities for this role.
Responsibilities Specific to SEN
1. Tailored Support for Students:
* Provide high-quality education and therapeutic learning support for students with a wide range of SEN.
2. Differentiated Instruction:
* Know when and how to differentiate lessons appropriately to ensure all students can be taught effectively.
3. Inclusive Teaching Practices:
* A clear understanding of the needs of students with special educational needs is essential.
4. Behavioural Support:
* Use nurturing approaches to manage behaviour effectively.
