Do you have experience working in a busy customer service environment dealing with both inbound and outbound customer interactions?
Are you looking for a new opportunity which allows you to provide a market leading level of customer service, built around excellent product knowledge?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Support Team based in our Shefford office.
About the role
As an ACO Water Management Customer Service Advisor, you will work as part of a highly experienced team dealing with day-to-day customer interactions such as order input, issue resolution and other service-related queries.
To apply for this position, you must reside within a commutable distance to our office in Shefford, Bedfordshire.
About you:
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the construction industry or a related business to business field is highly desirable but not essential.
* Enthusiastic and motivated to provide market leading levels of customer service.
* Effective problem-solving skills, including great attention to detail.
* Ability to work within a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in, or adept in learning, MS Office applications and ERP software.
