Preferred Requirements:
Experience in housing management or related field, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of tenancy issues and housing regulations.
Ability to build strong relationships with tenants, external partners, and stakeholders, fostering a supportive and inclusive housing environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for advocating on behalf of tenants and resolving complex housing matters.
Proven track record of implementing successful housing initiatives, showcasing your creativity and problem-solving abilities.
