Credit Controller Yatton Permanent - Full time & Office based Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum Reed Accountancy are thrilled to be supporting a leading business based in Yatton, with their search for a Credit Controller. The role involves monitoring and managing customer credit limits, ensuring timely payments, and minimising risk. This position is ideal for someone with a background in credit control, looking for a new challenge in a supportive environment. Day-to-day of the role: Monitor and manage customer credit limits to ensure timely payment and minimise risk. Review and analyse customer accounts to identify overdue payments and outstanding balances. Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue payments and resolve payment discrepancies. Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers to facilitate timely payment. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of credit control principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Proficient in using accounting software. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Benefits: Westfield Health cash Plan.
