Annual Salary: £25K - £28K, depending on experience Location: Warwick - fully office based We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Office Administrator to join our client's team in Warwick. This role involves a variety of administrative and reception duties, ensuring smooth operations within the office. The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Director and play a crucial role in maintaining our company's compliance and efficiency. Day-to-day Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls, direct calls, and take messages. Greet and accommodate guests/visitors, including making refreshments. Oversee the photocopier, manage paper supplies, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs. Keep the stationary cupboard well-stocked and manage supply orders. Prepare method and O&M statements using information from the Contracts Manager. Verify subcontractor compliance with necessary insurance and training. Handle health & safety documentation and track assessments. Support health & safety compliance and conduct weekly fire alarm tests. Manage the holiday calendar and process weekly timesheets. Assist in ordering stock and maintaining records of equipment services. Provide administrative support to the Finance Department, including filing and archiving. Required Skills & Qualifications: Professional demeanour and proactive attitude. Highly motivated with strong time management skills. Capable of prioritising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
