Every day, you’ll work with people who will help you build the skills you need to develop your career within business administration. Alongside training, you’ll have the opportunity to progress within the Shared Service Centre where career development, people and culture are a key focus.
After a comprehensive induction and welcome to BDO you will follow with 12-weeks office-based training in a friendly, collaborative environment. You will be fully supported by managers and team members in helping you to succeed. Flexible working after initial induction and training period is an option.
After successful completion of your probationary period, you may be eligible to apply for fully or part funded professional qualifications on either an apprenticeship or an enhanced supported learning programme.

We support central business areas such as HR, People Development, Learning and Development, Recruitment, Project Management, Procurement, Billing/Credit Control and MI/Data.
We conduct research, due diligence, and identity checks on individuals and entities to ensure regulatory compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Advanced IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office products.
Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment and work remotely when needed.
Highly capable of using own initiative and adopting a flexible approach when required.
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training. Ability and proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Play an active role in and promote a culture of excellence and quality within the team.
