The Role To provide H,S&E support advising and leading on health, safety change in a dynamic and rapidly growing FMCG food business. What it takes Relevant experience in a similar or supporting post. Understanding of relevant legislation. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, pro-active, collaborative and forward-thinking. Good oral and written communicator at all levels with good presentation and training skills. Excellent IT skills. Excellent communication skills. Exposure to internal management groups, external customer base (seminars/workshops), external suppliers, Governing bodies. Able to operate outside core hours when required and travel to other sites on occasions.
