What will you do? Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Project Oversight : Oversee client orders from initial quoting to final completion, ensuring seamless delivery and quality assurance. Upselling & Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to introduce additional services, products, and trends that benefit the client and expand their portfolio. Market Trend Analysis : Stay ahead of the curve by conducting market research to identify key ingredient and product trends in the supplements industry. Quoting & Negotiation : Provide clear, precise quotes and negotiate pricing effectively to achieve win-win outcomes for the company and the client. CRM Management : Use our advanced CRM systems to meticulously record all actions, communications, and progress for accurate and transparent tracking. Client Engagement : Confidently speak to clients over the phone and craft professional email communications to maintain a polished client experience. Team Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure smooth delivery of client orders. Event Attendance : Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and company events, showcasing our brand and building new opportunities. Facility Tours : Lead onsite tours of our facilities, creating a professional and engaging experience for clients and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a motivated and organised professional with a passion for client success. Ideal candidates will have: Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). Confidence in phone-based interactions and the ability to build rapport. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems and attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude.
