Business Systems Analyst - Chippenham (hybrid) - 45,000 - 50,000
I'm seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a leading and forward-thinking organisation committed to leveraging technology to streamline and enhance the way the business approaches and uses their software applications. You will be liaising with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements for new and existing systems, identifying areas of improvement to align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst:
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to identify and document business requirements.
* Analyse and map existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
* Design, implement, and support solutions tailored to meet business objectives.
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
* Develop detailed documentation, including process workflows, system specifications, and user guides.
* Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and support for Dynamics 365 and related finance systems.
* Provide training and guidance to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools and processes.
* Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
As the Business Systems Analyst, you will have:
* A strong background of various business systems
* Excellent stakeholder management experience
* Experience in requirements gathering and change management
* Experience in finance systems
* Ideally a finance/accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA etc)
