We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Coordinator based in Milton Keynes on a full-time 6-month contract basis. Our client is a well-established, reputable and global automation company. They are looking for someone to start in mid-November.
Responsibilities of the Event Coordinator
* Planning and executing marketing events such as trade shows.
* Coordinate budgets and logistics.
* Attendee tracking.
* Pre and post event evaluations.
* Procure and coordinate vendor services.
* Provide on-site event support.
* Dealing with venues, vendors, AV, catering.
Requirements for a successful Event Coordinator
* Minimum 5 years Events experience.
* Experience in managing and coordinating budgets.
* Procurement and logistics experience.
* Good timekeeping.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
