Diabetes Network Manager - Frimley, Surrey & Heartlands
* Newly created business-critical commercial role
* Working at Trust/PCN/Federation level within NHS Integrated Care Systems/Health boards

The Diabetes Network Manager is a newly created promotional role responsible for the commercial performance and positioning of NN medicines through securing sales and local patient access within a geographical territory.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drive favorable positioning for NN products on formularies and within local pathways at NHS trust and/or PCN/Federation level
* Increase product uptake to expand prescribing and improve patient outcomes
* Identify local needs and link opportunities to improve outcomes through brand performance
* Demonstrate the value of NN services/products through aligned commercial value propositions
* Support system efficiency to ensure care delivery within appropriate settings through disease/brand activities
* Establish as a portfolio expert with clinical and local knowledge to secure partnerships with decision-makers
* Support colleagues at ICB/HB level with clinical insights on NN products and brand usage
* Develop and implement local market access strategies for launches and in-line brands
* Build and manage account plans at PCN, trust, and federation levels
Experience required:
* ABPI qualified with strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, NHS structures, policies, funding streams, and processes
* Knowledge of the specific territory, stakeholders, policies, and funding mechanisms
* Experience in ensuring market access, securing formularies, and developing prescribing pathways
* Excellent commercial acumen with analytical, key account management, and business planning skills
* Proven success in delivering client solutions and exceeding sales targets
* High performance track record, preferably in CVRM
* Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and partnership skills in complex environments
* Effective communication skills for internal and external partnerships
* Confident use of communication channels to drive efficiencies and share insights
* Motivation to improve patient care
