Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: Redhill, Surrey, South East England Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Skills: SEN experience Job Duties: - Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities - Deliver engaging and interactive teaching sessions to enhance students' academic progress - Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching methods accordingly - Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students Required Qualifications: - Relevant qualification in Education or SEN - Experience working with students with SEN - Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: - Degree in Education or related field Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: - In-depth knowledge of SEN support and interventions - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs - Strong communication and collaboration skills Working Conditions: - Part-time hours, temporary position - Work closely with students, parents, and educational professionals - Based in Redhill, Surrey, South East England - Salary range of £20 - £30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
