Main duties of the job
General Practitioner- Withybush General Hospital (WGH) Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC)
This is an exciting prospect for GPs to contribute to Hywel Dda University Health Board's integrated Urgent and Intermediate Care pathway which following recent investment presents significant opportunity to improve clinical care for this patient population and enhance primary care and community services.
Working locations including off site working may also be necessary and will form part of your agreed job plan. This will be subject to change as the Health Board's clinical requirements are amended to meet the needs of the service/patients.

Hywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties. Our 11,000 members of staff provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services for around 384,000 people across a quarter of the landmass of Wales. 4. Numerous locations providing mental health and learning disabilities services
5. Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
