To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for an AI/Machine Learning Transformation Lead in the Vehicle Integration Department to join us in our manufacturing plant based in Hethel. Summary: The AI/ML Transformation Lead will revolutionize business operations at Lotus Cars, by delivering cutting-edge AI solutions, that drive accelerated product development cycles, optimize workflows, and eliminate inefficiencies. This role is critical in shaping Lotus' strategic adoption of AI across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and beyond. What You'll Do: Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy, aligned with business objectives. Drive accelerated product development cycles, using AI to optimize workflows and resolve bottlenecks. Build and deploy AI-based tools to automate processes, either from scratch using machine learning models or by adapting existing platforms. Collaborate with IT, to design architectures that consolidate siloed departmental data for unified analytics, including the integration of MES and LES systems, where applicable. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and other teams to identify and deliver AI solutions, tailored to their specific needs. What You'll Bring: Advanced expertise in AI/ML technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP). Strong programming proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages, with practical knowledge of AI frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Proficiency in cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, for deploying scalable AI solutions. Experience with Power BI, for data visualization and dashboard creation. Knowledge of SharePoint, for effective collaboration and document management.
