We are looking for a
Support Worker
who shares our purpose, to join our expanding
Independent Living Services Team
where we house and support young people 16+ under Local Authority Care across
Swindon and Wiltshire
.
We have properties over the county, and we need people who are flexible to work from any of these locations. Please note that successful applicants will need a full UK drivers licence and access to their own vehicle.
We are looking for someone to work
Full-time
(37.5 hours per week) on a rota basis .
We need people who are
flexible
to
work varying shifts
including
mornings, evenings and alternate weekends. Part-time and bank hours are also available.
We provide bespoke support packages to suit a broad range of young people ranging from 24/7 to a few hours per week. Our focus is to provide the highest quality of support in line with
Ofsted Standards. We aim to enhance individuals' independence skills, empowering them to advance their aspirations with greater confidence and capability.

Position:
Support Worker (Job ID 950)
Hours:
Full-time is 37.5 hours a week. Shifts are on a rota basis including some weekends and Sleep shifts. Some part time hours available.

Various locations across Swindon and Wiltshire.
Pay:
£24,570 per year. Plus an additional £8,320 per year if completing two sleep shifts in a week (£80 Sleep per sleep shift). Bank is £12.60 per hour, plus holiday pay accrual

^Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing additional holidays is capped at 5 per year.
^^Contracted staff only. Business mileage (45p a mile) is paid for any daily miles over and above the distance from your home to the allocated workplace location and back. You'll need a well-maintained vehicle with valid tax, MOT and Insurance covering business use.
