Technical Support Engineer // Essex – Onsite - £26-35K (DOE)
My client is looking for someone with a technical background to join their IT Team and support the devices for their bespoke technologies. They are open to candidates with varying levels of experience, someone of a more junior level but keen attitude to develop their skills, or someone who has had more opportunity to work in this field and is ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities Include:
* Offering both on-site and remote (e.g. over the phone, emails etc.) support
* Troubleshooting technical issues of electronics
* Working with CCTV and intercoms
Skills Required:
* Minimum two years’ experience in providing tech support
* Background working with electronics is advantageous
* Fundamental 1st line support competencies
