Role Overview:
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse at MPS Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. You will work closely with NHS Wales Health Boards and other healthcare facilities in Wales, providing your expertise to ensure patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals with mental health conditions.

* Administer medication and monitor its effectiveness.

* Conduct therapy sessions, supporting patients and families.
* Maintain accurate patient records, adhering to standards.

Requirements:
* Valid and active NMC Registration.
* Minimum 6 months experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
* Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to patient care.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and decision-making skills.
* Subject to an Enhanced DBS Check, processed free of charge if not on the DBS Update Service.
