The Role
As an Optical Assistant / Sales Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and expert advice to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Customer Support – Helping patients choose the right frames, lenses, and optical products.
✅ Optical Services – Booking and promoting eye tests, contact lens trials, and hearing checks.
✅ Sales & Product Advice – Recommending tailored solutions to meet customers' needs.
✅ Administration – Managing appointments, processing orders, and handling customer records.
You may have the opportunity to work across multiple branches, gaining broader experience and further developing your skills.
