Our Stoke Community Drug and Alcohol service are looking for an experienced Data Officer to join our team. Job Description This role requires an analytical mind and an eye for detail, to enable you to produce reports and manipulate data from a variety of sources. As Data Officer, you will provide regular updates to local management and will get involved with a variety of projects across the service. As well as this, you will support the administration of the Data Management system and will ensure good working relationships are established and maintained both internally and externally with service providers, commissioners and other interested parties. Essential Skills It’s important that you are a team player and have a real passion for the impact that data can have on our service delivery. As well as this, we’re looking for: Knowledge and understanding of collating data and managing database packages Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite A successful track record of delivering data-based training to groups and individuals Able to interpret and present data in an appropriate way for different audiences Experience of producing and collating performance reports Excellent planning and time management skills High degree of analytical and problem solving skills We are looking for positive and motivated candidates who are able to communicate with a wide range of people and in different settings.
