About the Role
* Salary: £55,694 Per annum, plus Car Allowance £4,560
* £1500 referral bonus- when you refer healthcare professionals to us.
* We will pay £120 NMC registration fees per year.
* We will pay £98.12 HCPC registration fees per year.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Provide effective clinical leadership to Forensic Practitioners and Healthcare Professionals.
* Ensure high-quality, patient-focused care while meeting contractual KPIs.
* Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
* Oversee staffing levels, skill mix, and compliance with operational standards.
* Act as a role model and mentor, promoting professional development.
* Coordinate healthcare pathways for individuals that come into contact with the criminal justice process.
* Maintain a strong, on-site presence and communication with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
Hours of Work:
Predominately Monday to Friday, flexible (24/7 service)
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience as a Nurse or Paramedic.
* Proven, multi-site, leadership and management experience.
* Driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Experience managing a clinical service.
* Good relationship management skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Previous experience working in secure or police custody healthcare environments.
