Contract: Permanent Location: Hybrid (Head Office: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne) This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office at least 2 days a week (this may change depending on business need) Hours per week: 37 Salary: Up to £42,432 depending on experience About the role We’re excited to be looking for an Assessment Solutions Manager to join our Assessment team, where you’ll be accountable for overseeing and managing the design and production of assessment solutions. This role will see you setting the operational direction and objectives for your team, taking accountability for forecasting to ensure colleague and flexible worker levels are in line with business requirements, and effectively managing team performance to ensure high quality outputs. How you’ll make an impact: • Ensuring assessment solutions materials are high quality, robust, error free and delivered within agreed timescales. • Creating, reviewing and maintaining compliant and appropriate assessment strategies. • Responsibility for the effective awarding of NCFE assessments and ensuring results are accurate and released on time. • Ensuring all live assessment development activity is conducted in line with processes and that policies and procedures are compliant, robust and followed appropriately by staff. • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement, including using internal issues and customer feedback to ensure processes and outputs meet the purpose.
