Main duties of the job Due to promotion, the Ophthalmology care group are looking for a Service Manager with proven operational and leadership experience in an acute hospital setting. We are a tertiary referral centre and the region's leading provider of eye care, providing care to over 190,000 patients each year across our outpatient, eye emergency, day case and theatre departments. You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day operational management of these services as well as leading on service and patient pathway improvements and redesign, with support from the senior care group and divisional teams.
