Senior Change Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Swindon or Northampton Salary: Up to £81,000 This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced change professional to join our Retail Transformation Team. We’re recruiting for a Senior Change Manager who has the drive, passion and determination to deliver great outcomes for our customers and Retail colleagues. Retail Transformation is a part of Retail Business Services, a sub function which brings together business critical services supporting across Retail Operations, Retail Service and Retail Product. The Retail Transformation team is responsible for managing and delivering successful end to end change into front-line Retail teams, aligned to the Nationwide Strategy. In addition, Retail Transformation is responsible for completing E2E process reviews for all processes owned by Retail, to support the understanding of our Risk and Control profile across our processes. In this role you will lead a team of Change Consultants and Change Managers to own the Retail E2E process mapping plan and ensure process maps are stored in ARIS, as per Process Management governance. We work closely with a wide range of stakeholders from across Nationwide. What you’ll be doing Leading and delivering on the business requirement to ensure Retail processes are mapped E2E, will a full Risk and Control overlay, aligned to Process Management Governance Ensure all Retail processes are reviewed annually as per Process Ownership accountabilities Through E2E process mapping you will identify key areas of improvement across the process, and share with Retail Process Owners You will lead the facilitation of workshops, brining together E2E Activity Leads and Risk Partners to ensure the full E2E risk and control position is understood and mapped to the required specification Own the relationship with Retail Process Owners to ensure our Process Owners fully understand mapping progress for each of their processes Identify and working with Activity Leads across the E2E journey Leading and directing a team of Change Consultants and Change Managers, providing clear direction ensuring workload is appropriately resourced and delivered on schedule with business outcomes to the required quality, as well as encouraging and supporting their personal development. You will be part of the Retail Transformation extended leadership team playing an active role in Retail Transformation-wide activity to continue to evolve the skills, capability and ways of working for the future. Implementing appropriate management controls to enable pro-active identification, resolution and escalation of project risks, issues and dependencies. You will build and manage key stakeholder relationships from across the business and influence those contacts to deliver the service and outcomes required. About you Have a track record of completing E2E process mapping Have experience using Visio to map processes at L4 Have experience and confidence in using ARIS to map processes at L3 Have great facilitation skills, as you will be facilitating workshops for E2E activity leads and risk partners You are comfortable in working with ambiguity and complexity with an ability to problem solve and bring clarity. Have experience of leading teams of people to deliver great outcomes. Possess strong influencing and collaboration skills, building relationships with stakeholders across the business at all levels. Proven ability as a confident communicator who can build, maintain and influence senior stakeholder relationships. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to move from one project delivery to another.
