As an Electro-Plater, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. With a supportive team and opportunities for professional development, your journey with us will be rewarding and exciting!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPerform chemical surface treatments in accordance with customer specifications and work instructions.\nPrepare parts for treatment by jigging and wiring, ensuring all jobs are handled with care.\nMaintain and clean treatment solutions and equipment to uphold optimal performance.\nConduct daily checks and complete logs to maintain compliance and accuracy.\nReview job packs meticulously to ensure all operations are completed before commencing work.\nConduct in-process inspections and post-treatment inspections to ensure quality.\nComplete all necessary paperwork and logs, including recording processes on AeroDNA.\nCollect solution samples for laboratory analysis and make adjustments as needed.\nReport any concerns regarding plant, equipment, or solutions to your Line Manager.\nSupport other areas of the business as needed and remain flexible to changing priorities. \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nProven experience in chemical surface treatments or a related field.\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.\nKnowledge of the following treatments: Anodising, Silver, Zinc, Nickel, Cadmium plating and Copper & Tin plating\nAbility to jig and wire components efficiently, avoiding damage during processing.\nExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records.\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.\nA proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
