Based in our Global HQ on Baker Street, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Global Head of Research within the Residential Research team. Acting as a trusted right-hand partner, you will ensure the smooth running of daily operations while providing invaluable support to the wider department. Confidentiality and discretion are essential in this role. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Serve as the first point of contact for the Global Head of Research, liaising confidently with senior stakeholders, board members, and internal teams. Provide seamless, high-level support, acting as an extension of the Global Head’s daily activities. Manage sensitive matters with discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism, maintaining the highest standards at all times. Anticipate needs and prioritise requests, ensuring time and attention are effectively allocated. Oversee complex diary management, including scheduling and minuting meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating both domestic and international travel. Prepare briefing materials and ensure all relevant documentation is ready ahead of meetings. Organise performance appraisals, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed before and after. Assist with board meeting preparation, managing agendas, reviewing papers, and ensuring action points are completed on time. Strengthen relationships across the organisation, building rapport with key stakeholders and the wider EA network. Finance & Administration Process and approve invoices and expense claims. Manage HR-related expense approvals. Technology & Systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams). What We’re Looking For 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite or board-level executives. Strong experience in minute-taking and board-level administration. A highly organised, proactive, and adaptable individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional IT skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. A collaborative, professional, and confident communicator who can influence at all levels. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects and administrative tasks with efficiency. Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to build positive relationships and adapt communication styles accordingly.
